The growth of Future Generation Trust has been careful and considered. Our significant strength is derived from the shared core values that bind each and every one of our academies together. This vital feature is underpinned by a commitment to collaboration at all levels. As an FGT academy you are never alone.

Our aim is for all our academies to have strong headteachers who are expertly supported by our relatively small Central Team. We want academies to retain their identity and they are allowed appropriate autonomy for them to develop and flourish.

We are always delighted to hear from schools who are interested in joining the FGT family of academies. We are strong advocates of the academy system and having witnessed the huge benefits that a MAT can provide we firmly believe that this is the best route for schools to take. If you would like to discuss the possibilities of joining FGT or just simply want to find out more information we are always willing to enter into discussion with you.
