Mark Whitehouse

Mark is a solicitor and in 1999 joined a practice in North Staffordshire where he specialised in Employment law advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including business reorganisations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissals, absence management, TUPE, family friendly rights and discrimination. 

In addition to his role as a solicitor Mark took on a managerial role within the practice eventually becoming its HR Director and overseeing the growth of the business from 100 to over 1300 people across more than 20 offices.

Mark sits on the Finance and Resources and Pay Committees with his main focus being on employment law and people management.
